The annual GPAG Signature Conference is designed to be a “must attend” public procurement event. The event is GPAG’s most dynamic conference experience.  In addition to keeping you up to date on current Procurement topics, attendance at the conference counts toward recertification requirements for national CPPB and CPPO certifications as well as Georgia Purchasing certificate. this year, we will also have a mini supplier fair on the first day of the conference. The conference Hotel is the Great Wolf Lodge in Lagrange, GA.  Please see the information below for reservation details.


Reservation Information – Reserve a Deluxe Queen Suite or Family Suite – 2 Queen beds in each room
(Deluxe Queen also has a twin sleeper & the Family Suite has a full size sleeper sofa)

Tax-exempt rate is $104.00
($99.00 room rate + $5.00 Hotel/Motel fee) per night.
Tax exemption paper work should be turned in by April 23 – see instructions below.

Regular rate with Taxes – Rate is $118.85
($99.00 plus state tax of $6.93, local tax of $7.92 and $5.00 Hotel/Motel fee) per night

Payment by Check
All reservations paid by a check must book by phone. A credit card is required on file to reserve a room and pay by check.
Please call our reservation line at 1-844-473-9653 and use code 2404GPAG. Please confirm with agent that there is no charge to card.
The card is to guarantee the reservation for payment by check.

*** Please include guest’s name and confirmation number on each check payment

Tax Exemption
If reservations are tax exempt, please email all applicable tax exemption forms ST-5 (7%) and Hotel Motel (8%), guest’s name and confirmation number to GATAXFORMS@greatwolf.com by April 23, 2024 (If tax forms are not received prior to arrival, taxes in the amount of $14.85 will be due at time of check in) *** Please include guest’s name and confirmation.
Please request an updated Pro-forma invoice, after taxes have been credited in that email.
This is the best way to get the correct amount for check requests.

Cancellation policy: When bad weather or a family member’s sickness inhibits you from your travel plans, we will gladly rebook your getaway. If you need to cancel your reservation, if cancelled more than 72 hours prior to arrival there is no cancellation fee. If cancelled at 72 hours or below there is a one-night room, tax and fees cancellation fee charge.

Hotel reservations must be made by April 23, 2024.
